YOUR GAME IS PAUSED
Here, you play as a lone eosinophil (a white blood cell that sprays acid) that's purpose is to defend's it's host body. However, your host's body refuses to vaccinate, keep proper hygiene, and in general keep themselves safe. So, they are always inflicted disease.
Basic functions

WASD/Arrow keys to move, and use the mouse to aim and fire acid at pathogens

One day is approximately 30 seconds in real time. Every day, a new wave of pathogens will spawn.

At day 5, antibodies will have been released into the bloodstream. Pathogens affected by anitbodies will have a yellow tracker over them (incase they are hard to see) and will have less health and speed.
Panels

The info panel is the heart of information collection, if tells you the level, day, time until next day, and amount of confirmed pathogens in the blood stream. Critical infection occurs 2 "days" after the last wave, and if enemies still remain, the host's body becomes sick and passes (don't let that happen).
Once you reach day 5 (approximately the time the body begins to respond through antibodies) you will be able to see information about the pathogen on the right.

In a pickle? The lifeline panel is where you get to "control" the host and influence their actions, for example into getting a plasma injection, which spawns backup.
